Why can't I cancel or alter my order by e-mail? How do I cancel or alter a order? | | | We check our email regularly throughout the day, but, not on a specific schedule. Therefore you must call in all cancellations or alterations to order our Shipping Department Directly at 800-502-4438 Monday Thru Friday 9am to 5pm CENTRAL STANDARD TIME. Once an order has SHIPPED AND OR BEEN PACKAGED IT NO LONGER MAY BE CANCELED. We are unable to retrieve it back from shipper. We can't refund shipping since our shippers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) do not refund us. Thank You for understanding this policy you agree to by shopping at our site.
