Shipping & Delivery
Our normal shipping method is Ground Saver transportation. Using this method, orders will typically be delivered in the Continental United States within 9 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Quicker shipping methods are available and can be seen in the Checkout Area once the zip code you are shipping to is entered into the shipping and billing information area. You must choose a shipping method by clicking on the circle next to your preferred shipping method before you will be allowed to place your order.
Most orders ship the same day when the order is placed before 3:00 PM Central Time.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirming the shipment with tracking information.

Returns & Exchanges
You may return any item in its original sellable condition and receive a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the date, you purchased the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless you received your order damaged or the wrong item was shipped. Some items cannot be returned: Opened DVD's, Opened Video Games, Opened Board Games, Books, Soiled or Worn Clothing, Opened or Used Bedding, Opened Costumes and Damaged Merchandise. All merchandise MUST be returned within 30 days in its original sellable condition and in the original packaging with all accessories.
You may also exchange any item within 30 days of the purchase date if it is in its original and sellable condition. If you are exchanging an item, you will have to pay for the return shipping, but WeLoveBettyBoop.com will pay to ship the exchanged item.
